Llanes Boutique keeps a storefront at 115 N. 4th Avenue, inside the few walkable blocks that make up downtown Pasco, Washington. Two things about the inventory are documented rather than claimed. House of Wu and Tiffany Designs each list the shop on their official retailer locators — Wu for quinceañera and special-occasion ball gowns, Tiffany for prom. And Jim’s Formal Wear names it as an affiliated tuxedo rental store. That combination matters for a quinceañera: the honoree’s gown and the tuxedos for her chambelanes can be sorted at the same address instead of on two separate trips across the Tri-Cities.

There is no website on file and no online catalog. The Facebook page, Llanes Boutique LLC 1, is where new arrivals show up, and the posts are written in Spanish — one from 2025 advertising quinceañera dresses lists the same 4th Avenue address. Call (509) 572-0692 before driving in if you are after a specific style or size. The Jim’s Formal Wear listing shows the shop open 10 to 7 Monday through Saturday and 10 to 5 Sunday. Seven-day hours are worth noting when Sunday is the only day the whole family is free.
The block
4th Avenue is the spine of this district. Peanuts Park sits on it — the one-acre covered market the city rebuilt in 2022, named for Noburu “Peanuts” Fukuda, and host to the Pasco Farmers Market, the Cinco de Mayo Festival and the Fiery Foods Festival. Viera’s Bakery anchors the same corner. On a market morning the sidewalks fill and curbside parking near the store goes early; on a Tuesday afternoon you can park in front. Downtown Pasco holds just under 10,000 residents, and the Downtown Pasco Development Authority, the local Main Street program, works with 92 microenterprises in the area, all family-owned and nearly all immigrant-owned. More than half of Franklin County identifies as Hispanic or Latino. A dress shop here that posts its stock in Spanish is not a niche; it is the mainstream of the neighborhood.
Which proms come through here
Pasco School District now runs three high schools, and all three are within a short drive:
- Pasco High (Bulldogs), 1108 N. 10th Ave., roughly a mile from the store — enrollment 2,515 in 2023–24.
- Chiawana High (Riverhawks) on W. Argent Road in west Pasco, 3,163 students that same year, the largest high school in the state and Pasco High’s rival.
- Sageview High (Lobos), opened in fall 2025 with about 1,200 students in grades nine through eleven, drawing from both older schools and graduating its first senior class the year after.
That third school means a third prom and a third graduation on the local calendar, which spreads spring demand out rather than concentrating it on two dates. Kennewick and Richland students come across the cable bridge; the drive is a matter of minutes.
Alternatives nearby
This is not the only formalwear option in the area, and pretending otherwise would not help you. Adore Formal Wear & Bridal Boutique operates on Outlet Drive on Pasco’s west side, and David’s Bridal is in Kennewick. What Llanes offers over those is location — a downtown storefront you can reach on foot from the market, with gown and tux under one roof.
