Alterations in the building, three weeks out
Alterations are done in-house by Jill's own team. Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance. For most formal dresses, the store recommends booking at least three weeks before the event. Count back from the dance and get on the calendar the week the dress comes home.
A dress from another shop is welcome. The team accepts outside dresses for alteration with an outside-dress fee, though the site does not list the amount. Ask when you book.
