Distance is the fact that shapes how this store gets used. Great Falls is 114 driving miles away on US 87, roughly two hours each way in good conditions. A prom trip to Great Falls is a full day; a prom trip to 3rd Avenue is an afternoon.
It is not a dedicated prom salon, and the page should not pretend otherwise. In graduating classes that size, two people in the same gown is not a hypothetical, and a store with a few hundred one-off dresses is the local answer to it.
The store runs a storefront and an online shop from the same inventory, so the website is a reasonable preview of what is hanging on the rack. It is not a substitute for the phone if a specific size or color is the whole point of the trip.
