The suite is in the retail strip on the southwest corner of Flamingo Road and Eastern Avenue, a signalized hard corner that leasing material for the property describes as carrying upwards of 91,500 vehicles a day between the two streets. The same listing puts the center 1.5 miles from UNLV and 3.5 miles from the Strip. Address listings for the shop give the unit as Suite E1 or E1-2, so look at the door numbers rather than the pylon sign when you pull in. This is southern Nevada retail at its most ordinary: a surface lot, a row of small tenants, no mall to walk.
Two big high schools sit within a few minutes. Valley High School, at Burnham and Eastern with about 2,470 students in 2024–25, is roughly a mile and a half straight up Eastern. Chaparral, on Annie Oakley with about 2,240 students, is about two miles east along Flamingo. Because Clark County School District runs the entire valley as one district — more than 300,000 students — a shop on this corner is not serving one feeder school. It is serving whichever schools’ families happen to drive Flamingo or Eastern.

The payment-plan detail fits the trade area. The center’s leasing listing put median household income within three miles at roughly $40,800, against a population of about 169,400 in that same radius. A four-figure gown in this neighborhood is a layaway purchase, and the shop is set up for that.
Plan the visit around the hours
The hours on the shop’s Yelp and Apple Maps profiles are narrow: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, closed Sunday. That is a five-hour Saturday window and no Sunday at all, which matters if you are coming from Henderson or the northwest and want a parent along. One recent change to the trip: Mariana’s Supermarkets, the locally based Hispanic grocery chain, closed its store at Eastern and Flamingo — its smallest — and moved about a mile east into the former Food 4 Less at Flamingo and Pecos, opening there in August 2026. The grocery traffic that used to fill this lot is now a mile away, so expect an emptier center than the corner’s car counts suggest.
What is not published anywhere: how large the floor is, how many gowns are on it, or where prices start. Reviews consistently name Claudia as the person you deal with, and the shop’s Yelp listing dates the business to 2016. Beyond that, this is a small single-location operation that does its talking on Instagram and over the phone, so the phone is the place to ask about sizes in stock, alterations and how far out to book.
