Iliana Rosabal was born in Cuba, spent years in the fashion capitals of the world, and built a formalwear business in Vancouver before bringing it to South Tampa. Caché House of Dresses reflects every stop on that route. The shop's About page says the company was founded in 2009 in Vancouver, Canada, and opened its first boutique in Tampa in 2023.
