TT New York was a Buffalo tailor long before it sold a single gown. The business started as a tailor shop and only later filled a showroom with gowns, and that history is the best reason to shop here. Since February 2024 the store has been in its own renovated storefront on Niagara Falls Boulevard, right across from the old Boulevard Mall site, on the Western New York stretch of Route 62 where the Tonawanda and Amherst shopping lots run together.

That order of events still shapes a visit. Alterations happen in the same building, by the same shop that sold you the gown, which matters more for a floor-length prom dress than almost anything else on a store's feature list.
Steinfeld also designs a house line, Jimmylee Designs. The store describes its service as one-on-one. Expect the person helping you to have real opinions about fit, because fit is where this business started.

Niagara Falls Boulevard is a natural trip for the Ken-Ton district's Kenmore East and Kenmore West, for Tonawanda and North Tonawanda high schools, for Cardinal O'Hara in the Town of Tonawanda, and for Sweet Home, Amherst and the Williamsville schools just to the east.
