The shop’s online catalog is split into prom, homecoming, signature and couture, fun fashion, and interview — then the same split again in child sizes, with shoes for both. Fun fashion and interview are pageant words. A store that carries them for adults and for children is stocking a competition season, not only one Saturday in the spring.
That fits where it sits. The Rockingham County Fair, the largest county fair in Virginia, runs a scholarship pageant with Junior Miss, Miss and Mrs titles at the fairgrounds on South Valley Pike in the days before the fair opens in August. Between that circuit and prom, a gown rack in Harrisonburg has two seasons to work.

103 S. Carlton St. is suites 101 and 102, off East Market Street — U.S. 33 — on the stretch between downtown Harrisonburg and I-81 exit 247.
Six public high schools sit inside that circle. Harrisonburg City has two of them now: Harrisonburg High School, and Rocktown High School, the $112 million second high school built off South Main Street, opened to students in 2024, mascot the Raptors. Rockingham County has four, one in roughly each direction from the city — Turner Ashby in Bridgewater, Spotswood in Penn Laird, East Rockingham in Elkton, and Broadway to the north. James Madison University is across town.
The labels
Five brands list this address on their own retailer locators: Alyce Paris, Ashley Lauren, Jasz, Jovani and Tiffany Designs. The store’s own prom page features more, and that mix leans pageant — Johnathan Kayne, Portia & Scarlett, Rachel Allan, Chic and Holland, Miah Vega, Diane D’Angelo and Evaniah-Grace. Reflections shares its suite and its website with Isabella Grace Bride, the bridal half of the same company. The Better Business Bureau file lists both names under Reflections Bridal, LLC, registered in 2004. The owner’s account on the site describes a former home economics teacher who learned to sew on her mother’s treadle machine. The store’s Facebook page calls it Virginia’s largest prom and pageant store; that is the shop’s own claim, and nothing published measures it either way.
The store’s listing copy points out that Harrisonburg is roughly two hours from Washington, Richmond and Roanoke. For families in the Valley, that is the useful part: Carlton Street is the short version of that trip.
