Four of the lines this shop is authorized to carry — Jovani, Terani, Dave & Johnny and Jasz — are labels that families in northeastern Jefferson County usually expect to chase up into St. Louis County. Instead they are in a suite at 130 Richardson Crossing, in the Schnucks-anchored strip at the I-55 and Richardson Road interchange, behind the Culver’s. The shop’s own business listing gives the landmark that way, which tells you something about how people find it.
Richardson Crossing sits at the signalized corner of Vogel Road and the west outer road, which is the practical thing to know: you come off I-55 and you are there, no crosstown driving. That interchange is one of the busier ones in this part of Missouri, and the center it anchors is the everyday errand stop for Arnold — the license office is in the same complex.
A high-volume prom floor, not a sideline rack
In a 2021 KSDK segment on how the shop came through the shutdown, owner Asmaa Hashimi said the store normally sells 600 to 700 dresses in a season, and that customers travel in from well outside the metro to shop it. The same report made clear the inventory is bought, not borrowed: “Everything you are looking at, we own.” For a shopper, that is the difference between browsing gowns in the room and browsing a catalog.

Fox C-6 is the district in Arnold and it is large — more than 11,000 students, and by the city’s own count Missouri’s 17th biggest. Unusually, it runs two comprehensive high schools that share a conference and a district: Fox High on Jeffco Boulevard in Arnold, enrollment about 1,560, and Seckman High out on Seckman Road in Imperial, closer to 1,770. Windsor C-1 adds Windsor High in Imperial with roughly 900 more. That is over 4,000 teenagers in grades nine through twelve inside a short radius of this parking lot, split across three prom dates and two districts that do not coordinate their calendars.
The practical effect is that the same dress has to be tracked against three separate schools rather than one, which is the kind of thing a shop this size handles by knowing the schools by name. Jefferson College’s Arnold campus, off Highway 141, puts another set of dances and formals nearby.

- Confirm the name on the door. Listings and designer store locators for this address appear variously as Artizta Bridal & Formal Wear, Artizta Prom & Pageant, and Prom Dollz — Jovani’s locator shows two of those names at 130 Richardson Crossing. The phone number is the same across all of them.
- Confirm the hours. Published hours differ between directories, and a prom-heavy shop runs longer days in season than it does in July. Call.
- Ask about the non-prom side. A 2014 announcement from the store described bridal gowns, tuxedos, communion and flower girl dresses alongside prom. That is more than a decade old. The prom and pageant labels are what the brands themselves verify today.
