The move reshapes the commute for Nordonia Hills families. Northfield Road is State Route 8, and the plaza puts Darlafoxx in the middle of the Nordonia Hills school district. Students at Nordonia High School in Macedonia are close, and so are prom-goers from Bedford, Twinsburg, Hudson, Solon and Brecksville-Broadview Heights high schools. For families in the southeast suburbs and northern Summit County, the move also means a plaza lot instead of a downtown garage.
