Faviana is a New York family company. It was founded in New York City in 1988 by the Moradi family, and Paul, Omid and Navid Moradi are named as founders. Omid now runs it as CEO, and Shala Moradi is creative director. In 2025 the company filed plans for a seven-story commercial and manufacturing building in Long Island City, Queens, where it says its operations will stay.
Price is where Faviana stands apart. Couture Candy's current Faviana prom listings run from about $300 to $580 at full price. Most land between $358 and $538, and $498 is the most common tag. Online Formals shows the same band, from $394 to $538. That puts Faviana a clear step below Amarra, where most prom gowns list closer to $450 to $700.
