Open the Nouri Formals website and the navigation does the talking. The long-gown menu lists nine prom houses by name, and the store's combined pageant and prom page repeats the same roster:

Filing pageant and prom together makes sense for Arkansas, where a fitted, beaded gown that works for a spring prom often reappears on a pageant stage over the summer. Nouri keeps short dresses on their own page, and for fall 2026 that page carries the new Ashley Lauren and Jasz Couture homecoming collections, with listed prices running from about $196 to $898.

The shop sits on South Shackleford Road at the I-430 interchange in west Little Rock. Alterations, and the rules around them

Nouri can take a gown from the rack to the hem without sending a family elsewhere. The store's policy page covers alterations in two short sentences that are worth reading before buying.

Consultations must be done in person within 24 hours of purchase. Check with our seamstress about your specific needs.

The rest of that policy fills in the details. Basic alterations are available only on dresses bought in the store, not on online orders, and they cost extra on top of the gown. In other words, a shopper who finds her prom dress on a Saturday should plan to talk fit with the seamstress before she leaves, or come back the next day at the latest.

In-store purchases are final sale. Online orders have a 24-hour window for store credit or an exchange.

Gowns ordered from the manufacturer cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, and online orders ship within the United States in 5 to 10 business days, inspected before they go out. The store takes the major cards plus Apple Pay and PayPal.

For a prom shopper, the takeaway is to try on, decide and size in person. The final-sale rule rewards a careful fitting-room session, and the in-store seamstress means that session can include the alteration conversation too.

Quince and wedding party, briefly

Prom is the center of the store, but two other sections round it out.

Prom and homecoming try-ons carry no fitting fee, and prom shoppers can walk in during regular hours.
