Suite J at 2810 E Highland Dr is the prom, homecoming and pageant half of a two-store operation. The bridal and formal store is a separate address across town at 2003 E Nettleton Ave, with a separate phone line. If a prom dress is what you are after, (870) 206-7282 is the number that reaches the right room; the Nettleton number will put you in the bridal store.
That split is the most useful thing to know about this shop. Prom gowns are not squeezed into a corner of a bridal salon here, and the two storefronts run on different schedules.

The block it sits on
Highland Drive is Arkansas 18 running east through town, and this stretch is the retail center of Northeast Arkansas. Next door is the old Mall at Turtle Creek property at 3000 E Highland. The March 28, 2020 tornado tore the enclosed mall apart, the remains were demolished in 2023, and Dillard’s, Target and JCPenney rebuilt and reopened around the edge of what is now open ground. The development site sold at auction in September 2025 to a local buyer, with plans for roughly 96,000 square feet of open-air retail; Chick-fil-A, Chili’s and Chuck E. Cheese still occupy standing buildings on the property. In practice, shoes and jewelry are a two-minute drive from the dress, which is not true of most independent formalwear stores.
What’s on the racks
Five prom labels are confirmed through the designers’ own retailer locators: Amarra, Clarisse, Colette, Faviana and Jovani. The store’s online prom shop also posts Rachel Allan and Ellie Wilde gowns, with listed prices on individual styles running from about $470 to $780. Nothing is rented — the FAQ says so directly.
Alterations are not done in-house either. The FAQ says the staff keeps a list of local tailors instead. Build that into your timeline: a hem and a strap taken up means a second appointment with a second person on their calendar, not the store’s.
Who drives here
Jonesboro is the largest city in Northeast Arkansas and the region’s hub for retail, healthcare and education, with Arkansas State University and St. Bernards Medical Center as its biggest employers. The high schools in and immediately around town include The Academies at Jonesboro High School, Nettleton, Valley View, Westside and Brookland. Past that, the trade area is the Jonesboro–Paragould combined area spanning Craighead and Poinsett counties. For families in the smaller towns out that way, a prom store on Highland Drive is the same trip they already make for everything else.
The business is mother-and-daughter owned and describes itself as family run; Kaitlyn Dewberry has been its public voice in Arkansas Bride coverage, and its Facebook page lists a Best of NEA 2023 win. The shop also books professional color-analysis sessions, scheduled apart from dress appointments.
One caution before you go: the site’s own footer lists the prom store Monday through Friday 12–6, Saturday 11–4 and Sunday 1–4, while its FAQ page lists Tuesday through Friday 12–5 and no Sunday at all. Call the Highland Drive line and confirm.
