The shop is new. Co-owners Haylee Haven and Tabitha Haven opened the doors in September 2025, after carrying the idea for five years and working on it for three. The aim was a formalwear option close to home.
We had really loved the idea of Wichita Falls kind of adding in some more cocktail formal events. With prom and weddings, we really hope to bring a good option for attire and keep it local to our community.

Couture Haven is betting that families would rather shop at home, and it has stocked the racks to make that easy.

Homecoming gets its own attention, too. The shop's Fall 2026 homecoming collection was front and center when we looked, and short dresses on the site start well under $100. Texas homecoming raises the stakes, since the dress has to work under a mum and still look good in the stands on a Friday night.
Beyond dance season, the catalog spreads out into cocktail dresses, day formal, evening wear, separates, jewelry, shapewear and outerwear. Bridesmaid dresses, described as fully customizable, and a mother of the occasion collection round things out for families with a wedding on the calendar.
The salon advantage
The salon is what makes this shop different. A prom group can buy the dress, book the hair and makeup and plan the spray tan without leaving the building. For a parent juggling three teenagers and a Saturday afternoon, that is a real gift. On its site, the shop promises elegance, sophistication and personalized attention for Wichita Falls and the surrounding areas.
The owners have also tied the business to the community. Since opening, they have hosted local events including the Hospice Gala, a Meals on Wheels Fashion Night Out and volleyball tournaments for small businesses. That kind of presence means a lot in a city this size.
The local school picture changed recently. Wichita Falls ISD opened Legacy High School and Memorial High School in August 2024, so most city students now head to one of those two proms. City View High School students are in town as well, and families come in from Burkburnett to the north and Iowa Park to the west. For all of them, the smart move is to shop soon after the holidays, while the popular sizes are still on the rack.
