West Kings Highway is Highway 412, northeast Arkansas’s main way in and out of Paragould, and the address matters here. Daughters Formals is at 4500 West Kings Highway. Greene County Tech’s high school and junior high are at 5201, less than a mile farther west. The dress rack and the school parking lot are on the same stretch of road, west of the big-box cluster where Walmart, Lowe’s, Belk and the West Pointe center sit. The nearest cross street is Tracy Lane.
The shop describes itself plainly. Its Facebook page says formals and tuxedos, in the heart of Paragould; its Instagram bio says a family-owned business with formal dresses, jewelry and men’s tuxedo rentals. In a city of about 29,500 that combination is the practical part: a couple can settle the gown and the tux in one stop instead of splitting the errand between two towns.
Four prom and pageant labels list this store on their own official retailer locators:

Who is within driving distance
Paragould has two high schools of nearly the same size and they are not in the same district. Paragould High School, the Rams, enrolls about 864 in grades 9–12 on West Court Street. Greene County Tech runs about 801 in grades 10–12 out on Kings Highway. Past the city limits the schools get small fast: Marmaduke High School has around 281 students across grades 7–12 about seven miles north, and Rector and Piggott, over in Clay County, are smaller still. For those towns, Paragould is the shopping trip.
The real competition is Jonesboro, twenty miles south, which has several formal and bridal shops clustered on and near Caraway Road. A Paragould family choosing this store is mostly choosing not to make that drive, and choosing not to make it twice when a dress needs a second look.

Prom lands in April here. One recent year, Paragould High sold prom tickets from April 4 through April 19 at $15 each, which puts serious dress shopping in February and March, before the good styles in your size are gone and while there is still room for alterations.
