Prom shoppers can simply walk in. Henri's runs two showrooms. The original Henri's Cloud Nine, which the company calls its flagship, is in Minerva in Stark County. The Columbus store, remodeled by the company's account, sits near the Polaris Shopping District on the north side of the city.

Walk in for prom, book 90 minutes for the rest
Appointments exist for shoppers who want them, and each slot runs 90 minutes. You can book through the form on the site or by phone. The appointment page adds one house rule: no outside alcohol during appointments. Columbus hours are 11 to 7 on Monday and Wednesday through Friday, 10 to 6 on Saturday and noon to 5 on Sunday. The store is closed on Tuesday. Minerva keeps similar hours but closes on Sunday.

Henri's runs a large pageant business alongside prom. It sponsors a long list of titles, among them Miss Ohio USA and Miss Ohio Teen USA, the Miss Ohio Scholarship Pageant, and the Miss Ohio Elementary, Junior High, High School and Collegiate America system, plus USA titles in states from California to Pennsylvania. The About page describes a VIP pageant room with hundreds of couture and custom, one-of-a-kind gowns, and in-house couturiers who can sketch a dress while you watch.
