Families in St. Tammany Parish do not have to cross the Lake Pontchartrain Causeway to shop The Red Carpet. The prom and evening boutique runs two stores, one on Tchoupitoulas Street in New Orleans and this one on Highway 190 in Mandeville. For a girl at Mandeville High or Fontainebleau High, the North Shore store is the natural first stop.
