This is not a store that keeps the same hours all year. Why a prom store keeps cupcake dresses
Rome has a pageant season, not just a prom season. The Coosa Valley Fair in October crowns a full slate — Baby Miss, Tiny Miss, Toddler Miss and Wee Miss on up through Teen Miss and Miss Coosa Valley Fair — and past years have been hosted by titleholders including Miss Rome and Miss Northwest Georgia.
