Brilliance Shine Bright runs two shops, and they do different jobs. The quinceañera shop is out on Route 22 West in Green Brook. The formal shop is this one, on Bound Brook Road in Middlesex, and it is where the evening gowns and the dresses for proms and formal events live. Both shops work toward one goal, set out on the company's About page.
