Reagan Delp Arnold has competed in the Miss Virginia program twice as a finalist. Her mother, Leysa Cox, has spent more than 30 years as a pageant coach, designer and photographer. In 2022 both held international titles with Ultimate International Miss, and both have served as local executive directors within the Miss Virginia Organization. Leysa runs two businesses and mentors young women in entrepreneurship. On May 3, 2025, the pair opened Majesty and Veil Couture inside Uptown Christiansburg, the enclosed mall that went by New River Valley Mall until its 2022 rebrand.
