Walk in. For prom, that is the whole booking process at Dressed In Time, and the boutique says it plainly: no appointment is required for prom shoppers. The shop is on Greenfield Avenue, the Highway 59 route through Brookfield.
The store has a longer history than its Brookfield address suggests. Sue Kolupar opened Dressed In Time in Greenfield in 2006, and in 2020 she and her daughter Tammy moved the business into a larger space in Brookfield. Today the shop fills a 4,000-square-foot building with formal gowns, and the store lists its three specialties in order: prom, pageant, and dresses for mothers of brides and grooms.

The store's prom designer list is long. It includes Jovani, Sherri Hill, Amarra and Ellie Wilde, along with Alyce Paris, Ashley Lauren, Jasz Couture, Johnathan Kayne, MNM Couture, Portia and Scarlett, Tarik Ediz and Terani, plus Nicole Bakti and Sydney's Prom.
The store lists prom sizes from 000 up to 40 and carries plus-size prom dresses as well.
