Downtown Brooksville is small enough that one dress shop can turn into a landmark. Patricia's Boutique has been on South Broad Street since at least 1992, and it has never changed locations. The building covers 5,800 square feet. It is stocked "from floor to ceiling," from daywear to evening wear, and prom takes the biggest share of the evening side.
