The first thing on the store’s homepage is not a dress. It’s a notice that the shop is relocating after 25 years serving brides in the Fort Lauderdale area, with off-the-rack discounts running to clear the floor before the move. No new address has been posted publicly. Everything below describes the store at 100 East Oakland Park Blvd; call (954) 565-0132 before you drive, and ask outright whether that is still the door.
What the store actually is
A bridal salon first. The collections listed on its own site are Pronovias, Atelier Pronovias, Morilee, Enzoani and Rachel Allan, plus mother-of-the-bride and bridesmaid dresses. Its Facebook page also lists tuxedo rentals.
The prom side is real but quieter: Clarisse, Jessica Angel and Jovani each list this store on their official retailer locators. None of those three appear anywhere on the store’s website, which is built entirely around weddings. So the prom and eveningwear stock is whatever is physically hanging in the shop at the time. That is a phone call, not a website browse — especially during a move.
The store’s own description says the family behind it has more than 40 years in fashion and couture, starting in Bogotá with custom-made evening gowns and formal wear before wedding dresses became the main business. Its listing on The Knot includes alterations and custom work. For a junior who already knows the neckline she wants and can’t find it on a rack, a shop with a made-to-measure background is a different kind of stop than a chain prom floor.
The corner it sits on
Three cities meet at this intersection. The ZIP, 33334, is Oakland Park; the store writes its own address as Fort Lauderdale; the Publix in Central Shopping Center directly across Andrews Avenue is addressed Wilton Manors. Yelp files the business under Oakland Park. All of it is the same block of Broward County, on the stretch of Oakland Park Boulevard between the I-95 interchange and Federal Highway, in a corridor thick with Peruvian and Colombian restaurants and small storefront businesses.
Northeast High, the Hurricanes, is a short run north on NE 56th Street in Oakland Park, with roughly 1,600 students. Fort Lauderdale High, open since 1899 and the larger of the two at about 2,200, is south of here off NE 4th Avenue. Cardinal Gibbons, the Archdiocese of Miami school on NE 47th Street, is northeast toward the beach. All three are close enough that a fitting fits between last bell and dinner.
Broward’s calendar runs the school year to late May, so proms land in the April–May window and the shopping pressure builds through late winter — which overlaps exactly with the shop’s stated move.

- Hours disagree across listings. Yelp shows Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 5. Other directories show Tuesday through Friday, 11 to 6, and Saturday to 5:30. Confirm by phone.
- Ask whether the off-the-rack discount covers eveningwear or bridal only.
- Ask what the lead time is on a special order right now. A store in the middle of relocating may not be ordering the way it normally would.
This is a small salon, not a prom warehouse. Three prom labels deep, one room, one consultation at a time. If the goal is to see two hundred gowns in an afternoon, this isn’t that store. If it’s to have someone who has been fitting formalwear for decades look at one dress on you and tell you what needs to change, it might be.
