Harriman asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel or change a visit, and a no-show or late change means a $35 deposit to rebook. The two shops at Palisades Center in West Nyack are the release valve, and Glamour Couture's website even shows what is physically hanging there before anyone gets in the car.

The Capital Region. All four listed shops there take prom shoppers without a booking, and Fancy Schmancy takes nothing else. Syracuse comes next. Westchester is the hardest, where two of the three listed shops book prom visits.
Can I return a prom dress if I change my mind?
Almost never. Prom dress sales are final at nearly every shop listed here. Decide in the fitting room.
