Count labels and this corner wins. Of the 27 tracked labels stocked anywhere in the state, 23 turn up between North Olmsted and Salem. Cinderella Divine hangs nowhere else in the state. Scala has one rack, in Medina. Two of the three Mac Duggal accounts are here too. What the region lacks is short: La Femme, Jessica Angel, Aleta and Tarik Ediz. Two shops name no designers at all, so a label search skips them.

Which part of the state puts the most prom labels within one afternoon's drive?
The Northeast. Fairlawn and Medina sit close enough to Maple Heights to hit in one day, and between them you get Cinderella Divine, Scala and Mac Duggal on top of the big houses. The Miami Valley is the runner-up, and Kotsovos makes it the better single stop.
Should a prom date rent a tuxedo or buy his own suit?
Buy, if he has another formal within a year. At Dublin Formals an eight-piece rental runs $149 to $209 while off-the-rack suits start at $99, so owning can cost less than one night. Ivy Marie sells suits from $199 and alters them free. Rent when the vest must match the gown exactly.
